We had a great meeting last night!  Bid questions from the Federation of Gay Games were distributed and discussed  The committee members will work on answering these questions in the upcoming weeks.  The following subcommittees were discussed: Community Meetings, Site Selection, Pride Parade, Presentation, Website and PR.  Those interested in joining any of these committees should get in touch as soon as possible.

The dates proposed for the Community Information Forums are: June 20 25, July 18, and August 6.  These dates are subject to change based on the availability of committee members.   Webinar software will be used so that those unable to attend will be able to participate in the meetings online.   The Boston 2014 website was launched last week and presented to the committee; it can be found by logging on to boston2014.com.
